Payslips for TIER 2 General

Post by inter » Tue Jul 03, 2012 5:48 pm

Hi,

I will be switching from Post Study Work to Tier 2 General visa. I have been working for my employers for about 8 months now. My employers have given me a CoS number. The problem is I cannot find a payslip for a particular month.

My question is do I need to send my payslips to UKBA as evidence of earnings when I send my application ?

Thank You in advance for your replies.

I saw that one. But I was told by some friends that if switching from PSW, there is no need to send payslip. Hence my question.

Besides, sending all them payslips is not very reasonable.

1. Is hearsay something that you should base your application on?
2. Are policy guidance, application form and immigration rules the relevant documents that you should refer to when making an immigration application?

Your choice!

i am going to apply for Tier 2 (G) from PSW as well within few months. If what u guys r saying r true than, i have to send my payslips & bank statement for 2 years ?????? it will be very difficult for me to organise all those documents..... btw, in the application never asked how long you are working for the company.... then why i need to send documents to proof i am working for the company for that long ????
