PEO Appotinment Query

Hi,

I booked it and I am now wondering if I did select 'Tier 1 General' category and not something else. Neither the confirmation letter nor online view states which category is the appointment for.

Is there a way to verify this?

The only way to find this out is to call them on the 0870 number and confirm the appointment.

Bye the way, when did you booked your appointment as I tried booking mine last night and couldn't do it due to technical errors.

Hi,

Just login to your account and under "My Trancastions" your service selected will display as Service Tier 1 General with purple background colour.
