ukba is right to ask about the evidence regarding your NI class 1 . The reason for that is you need to take at least full time earning - "not just part time or under the thrush hold " then you can take the dividend. call hmrc and ask them they will tell u this. As you income is below and hence you dont pay any tax and you have taken dividend for that you dont have to pay any taxes as your tax year period is not finished which is not the right way to do itmsk1977 wrote:I could also be in the same situation.. my extension is in Sept.
I too draw a salary for which I do not have to pay NI.
Would submitting a letter from tax accountant suffice ?
