I have applied FLR(M) for my wife and waiting for the reply from home office once she gets her visa how long can she stay outside UK in the next 2 years before she can apply for ILR.

Thanks for the reply in advance

as long as you have sufficient proof of staying together(council tax, rental agreement, bank statment NHS letter etc*) there will not be any issue. However it is recommended that not more than 90 days in a year.

The '90 day' rule applies to British Citizenship applications, not ILR.

Thanks for your replies. So she can stay outside UK more than 90 days in a year and it wont be a problem for ILR.
