Employment letter

Will be applyin for Tier 1 General extension in Sep. Visa exp in Oct 2012

I was in India till Feb 2012 . I am planing to show salary for 5 months from the Indian office..

I am getting the salary slips signed and stamped from India office. Do I need a employment letter as well from teh India office If yes can anyone share the format please...
