Tier1 - Dependent Visa - PBS - Help required

Hi Friends,

Good Day !

I am Varun from India and my wife is in UK from 2 years ( with 2 short visits to India ). She has a Valid Visa till 2015 July. I have below questions. Can someone help me regarding them ?

1. What Documents exactly need to be submitted.
2. How much Funds need to be shown in accounts and in whose accounts.
3.What would be the Fee for application.

We got married on 18th March 2010 , However when my wife applied in June 2010 she kept status as Single ( Due to Non availability of Marriage Certificate and at that time I was not in India ). Now when she applied for extension she has mentioned Marriage . Any suggestions on this ?

From what you have mentioned above, it is not clear what visa are you on or what Visa is your wife on? What visa did she apply for in 2010?

When my wife Initially applied Marital status as Single in Jun 2010 it is " Visa Tier1 ( General ) " which expired on 01 Jul 2012.

Now applied for extension as married and has received extension till 2015 Jul.
which shows " Tier 1 General Leave to Remain ".

We got married in March 2010 and have got the certificate in Nov 2011 which shows correct Marriage date.

Kindly suggest.

Just make sure you include evidence for subsisting relationship since you two have been leaving apart for 2 years. You will need to prove that your marriage is real and not fake. More info is in above PDFs.

And one more thing.

Don't worry about the marriage status of your wife during her initial leave. It wont be a problem. Just make sure that both of your passport have each other's name in the spouse section on the last page. Its not mandatory but helps.
