Claiming Annual House Allowance

Hi

I am applying for Tier 1 extension. I get annual house allowance in advance in my salary.
So if i get house allowance in January and claiming points for first 4 month salary of the year (Jan - Apr)
Can I claim this house allowance in full or it should be pro-rated.
