ILR Success @ Solihull

Post by Devb » Fri Jul 13, 2012 9:16 pm

Hi,
Our case is pretty much straightforward : HSMP-Non JR (03 years) + TIER-1 (02 years)

- We had a gap of 40 days between Entry Clearnace (EC) and First Entry. However, for the ILR we used 28 days from the 5th anniversary of EC (3 month guideline)

- Documents Requested :
a). Application
b). LIUK Confirmation
c). Evidence to support the income as stated : 12 x month Salary Slips + bank Statments showing the salary
(Though not requested, I included this year's P60 too)

d). detail Sheet with UK absences : our total is less than 180 (maxmimum days for a single trip is less than 30).
d). Co-Hab evidence : 1-2 evidence per year

(Copies for all above excpet application)

Total process is within one hour and collection after 1 1/2 - 2 hours.

I have never been to other PEO's but the service and staff at Solihull are simply superb! CW is simply very Polite, professional and very efficient.

Thanks to this Forum learned many things specially tips to book PEO appointment.

One advice : if you got enough Co-hab evidence, no need to pay £25-30 for GP letter !
Best of Luck

@2013
Just ask them to Provide a letter confirming your family address, registration details with the GP including date of registration.

It will be quick if you give them a template to revise and sign.

Charge is around £25

Hi mukeshkmehta,

Trust me this forum is a magical forum. Every single experience you get from this forum is very true I've also experienced the same thing.

The answer to your querry is the best time to book a UKBA appointment is just try booking it exactly by 12 mid night you'll definitely get you will definitely get your desired booking not later than the 42 days formula. For eg I wanted to book an appointment for my self on the 29th of Aug 2012 and I tried it exactly on the 18th Aug 2012 at mid night and it worked perfectly fine for me.

Hope this will answer your querry.

Please do kindly share your PEO experience with us on the forum.

Good luck for your ILR.

Delay entry

Post by arifahmmed » Tue Jul 24, 2012 2:32 pm

Hi Devb,
I am planning to apply for ILR some time in November (My tier 1 permit untill 10 December) My case is pretty much straightforward like yours: HSMP-Non JR (TWO years) + TIER-1 (THREE years)

- I had a gap of 36 days between Entry Clearnace (EC) and First Entry. You said you use 3 month guideline.

Had you been questioned for this delay entry or how you dealth with this issue on PEO appointment time. Could you please tell me.
Regards
