hello peeps
i dont understand the latest eu law which says those who acquire derivative rights are not eligible to acquire permanent residence in the UK, or to sponsor family members in to the UK once they have acquired a right to reside. am a non eea national dependant on my dad (german) and have got (5 years residence card )which will expire in 2014 those the law affect me aplying for pr in 2014?
