salary paid dates differs in personal & business bank s

Post by kani_11 » Sun Jul 15, 2012 12:51 am

Hi all
I am applying for tier1 gen extension on 1st August 2012.

I noticed that for 3 random months, salary paid date in my personal bank statements (HSBC) is showing one day previous to the date in business bank statements(Barclays).

Dates mentioned in my accountant’s letter match the dates in business bank statements.

Will this discrepancy create any problem? Request your advice

Thanks

It shouldnt as long as the amount matches. Also make sure you mention this discrepancy in a cover letter

You mean that your salary was deposited in your personal bank account the day before it left your business bank account ??

Hi
When ever i had paid the salary from business account say after 7 PM,the transaction is shown as if it is done on the next day in business account statement;
whereas the exact date is shown in personal statement.

Thanks

wouldnt be a problem. the dates on bank statement should match up.

I have done it myself and it got the visa. theres a good template in the sticky, I modified a bit myself but it works well as it is as well.
