Businesses Allowed for Tier 1 (200K)?

Businesses Allowed for Tier 1 (200K)?

Is there any restriction By UKBA for the type of Businesses allowed UK Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) of 200K or could be anything. I am applying as team from Outside UK. Do we have to create 2 jobs of NQF level 4 for 12 months for extension or these could be jobs of any level. Confusing it with PSW applicants. Please reply
