Templates for application including the covering letter.

The application from is available on the UKBA website. You would only need a covering letter if there was something about your application that was not immediately clear and obvious to the person reviewing it, and had run out of space in the additional notes section of the application where you would normally be expected to explain such things. Letters from employers and accountants are also specific to the individual's circumstances. Therefore there is no template for something that would be uniquely specific to your situation.

Yes, I am aware of that thread and it's a complete misdirection to anyone wishing to apply. If someone had enclosed a Pizza menu in their application and been granted, and then posted their success story on this forum, that would not make a pizza menu something that was necessary or required for an application in this category.
