Invoice for Limited company

Post by kani_11 » Wed Jul 18, 2012 10:31 am

Hi all

I am submitting the following for tier 1 extension.I am 100% shareholder of my limited company

1. Payslips
2. Bank statements(Personal & Business)
3.Letter from accountant - mentions salary,dividends
4.dividend voucher(stamped by accountant)

I am planning to take invoices i generated to the client just in case if CW asks for....

should the invoice be signed or stamped by the accountant? Or is it enough if the invoice is in the company letterhead

Thanks

No need of stamp and seal for dividend vouchers. It just need to be signed by the director.

In my case, I did not sign and seal dividend vouchers, nor the invoices. I just signed the dividend voucher.
