tier 1 second extension issue

i am due to get ilr on 5 yrs visa ( hsmp+tier1) but due to unspent conviction, i m unable to apply for ilr
now that i apply for tier 1 extension, what forms do i need
also do i need to show more salary etc as i am now extending tier 1 not hsmp

pls help

What unspent conviction?

Read current policy guidelines. The rules in place during your 1st hsmp application will still apply for you.

What unspent conviction?

I pleaded guilty by post for speeding as I failed to send his counterpart on time
