1 Is SET(O) from applicable for all dependents as well?
2) How to book Online Appointments for premium service? Most of the not available?
3) Any Consultancy who can apply on behalf of us?

1. Yes, only one SET(O) is required for main applicant and all defendants. Dependents over 18 need their own SET(O) form.

2. You need to book it from http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk. But you need to register yourself on this site first. The slots become available 42 days (6 weeks) in advance, and you can use http://www.timeanddate.com/date/dateadd.html to workout exact 42 days. For example, tonight at 12am, the date will change to 11th July, and you will be able to see and book slots for Wednesday, August 22, 2012. (11 July 2012 + 42 Days = 22 Aug 2012).

3. All applicants need to attend the appointment for Biometrics.

* Mate for appointment u have to keep on trying for hrs. Keep refreshing eventually u will get one. its easy if keep options open to travel to another city which will give u more option book and still keep checking. This will not leave u in trouble.
* There are few solicitors or immigration advisers around, u can apply through them. Contact them in advance, they can arrange appointment for u too. Cost depends on person to person which may be vary from 400-700.

But this board is very helpful and give u confidence to apply yourself.

Good-luck

42 days in advance, exactly when the clock changes from 24hrs to 0:01, the slots appear. Get ready for it before hand e.g. sign in and fill out all the details so that you can grab the most suitable one. Else, they go as quickly as they come. I've tested this a couple of times, and found very ture. I managed to book, re-book and re-book again for a family of three, two appointments each time, for 4 times in a row. Good luck.
