A P60 is a document with a summary of all pay and deducted tax.. your employer will send this to you in April/May every year.. (at the end of the tax year)

Where are you applying from? (for settlement?)

It's a Pay As You Earn (PAYE) form, showing employed earnings and tax paid during the last financial year:
