i sent my apllication may/12


my wife from spain she working self employed, i sent some document such:

**proof relationship:
- marriage deed

**proof residence:
-bills phone landline
-bank statement joints account

**proof exercising Treaty rights:

- Accountant's reference
- original paper from hmrc to confirm tax calculation
- profit and loss account 2011 and 2012 stamp from accountant's
- two receipt to confirm she's already pay tax 2011and 2012 online.
- bank statement
but i did not send it NIC class 2 because paper is coming late. but my wife is already registred with NIC.

but i did not recieve any coa from HO..... .

please i have 3 questions :
first one : this papers is enough or not ?
second one :can u please tell me why i did not recieve my coa yet?
third one : do i have any probleme about my papers?
