Hi, granted ILR 15th of March 2012, posted child benefit claim form, kids birth cert and biometric cards to CB freepost 29th of march 2012,,
still waiting for documents to be return,,
still waiting for Child benefit Award..
Please feel free to reply your timelines of when you have received all documents and experience in claiming CB,, will truly be appreciated.. As we all know how it feels like to wait and the hassle of it not being able to do a follow up from the CB helpline,, as needed 12 weeks before they can take your query!! thanks.

Just had my ILR done.. Does that mean I can now claim CB even before applying for naturalization?

Will those benefits have any bearing on my nationality application?

YEAH, JUST GOT MY ILR AND I HAVE APPLY FOR MY CHILD BENEFITS, TAX CREDIT AND WORKING TAX CREDIT. SO YOU CAN APPLY NOW.
