Is there any thread which shows time line for EEA FP application ?

See Add your timeline: EEA FP although it hasn't been updated for 2 months (I guess people don't bother to add their dates because most EEA FP decisions are made within 2-3 weeks).

Applcation date :10 May 2012
Dispatched to OC 10 may 2012
Application under process in High Commission :23 May 2012
my wife is still waiting although 73 days have elapsed

there is no update in visa processing times on ukba web site,,,it still shows application processed in april,,,why ,? we could see processing time before.
