Visa validity - Tier 1 extension

Hi All,
I have a query regarding the number of years visa grant
I have got my first Tier 1 visa in the year 2008, got an extension in the year 2011 and i am due for next extension in the year i.e 2013

Now the query is, after my extension again, how many years of visa will be granted? I mean to ask whether 2 years or 3 years of Visa validity?

245CB. Period and conditions of grant

(a) Leave to remain will be granted for a period of 2 years, to an applicant who has, or was last granted, leave as a Tier 1 (General) Migrant under the Rules in place before 6 April 2010.

(b) in all other cases, leave to remain will be granted for a period of 3 years.
