PBS dependnats to ILR dependants?

Hi dear
Im going to apply ILR on October 2012 based on 10 year rule. my wife and daughter are PBS Tier 4 dependants of me having leave until June 2013.

is it mandatory my dependants should apply as ILR dependands when I apply ILR, cos Im changing my student status to ILR?

I wanted them apply their extension after I get ILR, is it oK?
