10 years ILR help please!!!!

Hi, I am new no this site and found very useful information. I wonder if someone can help me with my application.

I came to the UK in July 2002 and its 10 years this July, currently I am on Tier 1 (general) visa, during 2010-11, I was self employed and had a temporary work. However, I am working permanently in NHS and stopped the self employment

During my self employment I have paid the related tax to HMRC.

I need to know, should I provide them my details of this self employment, because I am currently not earning the salary according to the tier 1 (general). Could this effect my application for 10 years ILR.

I hope to hear from someone soon. Thank you.
