I am going to apply ILR
I am on HSMP tier1 (General) But the problem is that me and my wife has not joint bank account and water bill we paid other name i mean house owner. Electricity and gas was top up and council tax we did not pay due to student study exempt last two years.
What can i do.
Can i show bank statements separately but will show we were living same address or NHS letter or what can i do please help me.

Bank statements with individual names but with same address is fine for the past 2 years. NHS letters are also fine. I suggest you to gather more evidence, like letter from House Owner stating that you both are living in same address for past XX months(or rental agreement with both names)...TV license etc.
