ILR - Walk in same day service at PEO

Post by jami » Mon Jul 30, 2012 2:15 pm

Here is an interesting example wroth sharing.
An applicant was planning postal application but his dear one died back home and he wanted to go back to home country as soon as possible and that too with ILR at hand. So he searched for appointment for same day service and none was available before his current leave ended on 28th July.
So under advice he went to Cryodon PEO and told security guard his problem. Guard went inside and talked to some one. Than applicant was taken to window on ground floor where he was asked to produce evidence of death. None was available and he was asked to come back next morning with evidence. Evidence was arranged by fax. Next day he was admitted to PEO and his case was approved. His more than 75% earnings were from outside UK from his business which was continued from UK.

Hope nobody uses this kind of service as this involves death of dear ones.

Hi

Thanks a lot for sharing this example on the forum but I really hope for every one that this kind of example no one will ever use as it involved death which is just not a good thing at all to be used as an emergency purpose any where.
