National Insurance Contribution Statement

Hi there,
Many of you must have acquired a "Statement of Account" providing details of National Insurance Contribution you made to HMRC. Can anybody suggest me how one can get statement till July 2012? I can see on HMRC website, they provide it only for one Financial Year i.e. April to March only.

I remember, many people on this forum have taken this statement from HMRC to provide additional details to CW to prove income.

Your speedy reply would be highly appreciated.
