EU3 Application plz help

Hi ya every1, I have Q about my EU3 application i will apply for it in early next year i am non Eu and my wife EU. I heard DOJ EU Treaty will required my wife last 5 years history she is exercising her EU treaty rights at the moment. My Q is i will not have her EU Treaty right exercise documents for almost last 4 years will i be eligible to get EU3 approval. And we are happily living in ireland since we are married.... your application eu3 is not going to approve.because your wife didnot excerise her eu rights.i think you should apply seek advise from some good law firms. trayers solicitors usher quay d8, brophy solicitor parliament st d2,stewart solicitors parliament st d2,james walters arran quay,sinnot solicitor.good luck
