Seven years ago seems to me a long time and i do not think it should affect the outcome of your application in anyway.Goodluckdania wrote:Hello every body I have a question if some body have a court conviction seven years before for driving with no insurance ,and r waiting for their naturalisation decision ,and the conviction is mentioned in the application form at time of apply ,will it effect the decision or what can happen ,please share your or any of your friends experience about that ,thanks in advance and god bless u all.

information to INIS tipperary will be sufficient if you are only waiting for naturalisation but in case you have applied for LTR then you have to send it both side.flatpack wrote:as subject says,
my personal circumstances are changed
should i sent letter to DOJ and INIS in Tipperary or one letter to DOJ is more than enough?
i suggest you should send copy of your new garda card and stamp in your passport to INIS with covering letter by post.flatpack wrote:sun_in_rome,
thanks for reply,
i have PR (eufam4), but waiting for naturalisation, but i thought you dont have to update tiperary office for this as they should require info from dublin doj office.

I had applied in Oct 2011 and got ref Number in Jan 2012. I believe we have to have faith in INIS as they aim to clear all back log by the end of his year. I guess we all will have Irish citizenship before the end of this year.
