British Citizenship married in uk with british woman

On study basis , I came to uk in september 2007, i married in dec 2009 with British woman , in april 2012 granted ILR,never been to out side uk since september 2007.

1. Can I apply for British Citizenship now?
2. What is procssing time British Citizenship in my case?
3. Which option in form AN in section 1.2 i need to check, if have already passed the Life in Uk test?
