1. LIUK test results are sufficient.
2. Not necessary, unless you want to explain an issue. It is up to an individual.
3. No, but depending on your circumstances you may wish to provide documents (in addition to standard requirements) to further support your case.
4. Can apply 28 days before you complete 10 years.
5. No, as long as your stay is under the max days permitted outside the UK for this category.
6. Do the test whenever you wish to.
7. What you can expect to hear from UKBA after submission is silence.
