Dependant VISA

Post by gibookrishnan » Fri Aug 03, 2012 10:33 am

Hi All,

I have a important query. Me and my wife applied for tier 2 short term staff category(Myself being a Short term migrant and my wife as a short term partner) and has been approved. My wife is a dependent and I am the main applicant. In the visa stamp for me

Type: visa tier 2 short term ICT migrant
number of dependants: 0

in my wife's visa stamp

Type: visa tier 2 short term ICT Partner
number of depedants: 0

But in both VISA's COS is mentioned. Is that enough for her to travel as a dependant? or in my VISA should it be 1?
In the entire stamp in both of our VISA there is no other proof that she is a dependent.

Please help

Thanks
Bala

Don't worry, everything is fine, Show COS & your company letters to Immigration officer at Arrival airport along with passport.... Thats it....

Hello All,

It is more of a question, my first time here.
I have travelled to UK this Jan and now planning to bring my family here, I have maintained the requisite amount 600£*dependents from 10th Feb, so if I plan to initiate there Visa application now, will there be any issues, details:

I have travelled on ICT Tier 2 Short Term Staff Migrant, dependents will be travelling as Staff Partner and Staff Child, I have A rated sponsor letter from my company for my dependents, however, I have not maitained the required amount in the bank for consecutive 90 days.

Pls advice.

Thanks & Regards,
Ankush.
