I am planning to apply for HSMP, and am going to ask for points for my UK masters degree. They require a letter from the HO that basically gave me the permission to go to UK and study there. At the time of visa I did not get any such letter (and it has'nt been given to anyone as far as I know), so I have asked for exceptional circumstances. For that purpose I have to send an attested copy of my passport visa page. My question is from where should I get it attested, because the attested party should be recognized by the case workers? Kindly shed some light on this topic. P.S I'm from Pakistan
