were you arrested by UK police while working in UK ? What is nationality of your spouse? Did you apply EEA FP at BHC Islamabad and what was the decision exactly ? can you explain more about your situation?

Her citizenship does not matter, as long as it is not British.

If you are married, the only way that UKBA can refuse the visa is if they suspect it is a marriage of convenience, then ask you for more information, and then refuse it.

How many weeks have you been waiting for the decision?

You are mentioning about you are waiting for decision and you say that you already have refusal decision. At the same time you are talking about 2 things. It is confusing ,cant understand what are you waiting for ?Explain what happened ? What is time line ? when did you apply and when decision was made ?

This is nothing to be proud of. And it suggests you have not been bothered to fix the situation.

Are you a direct family member, for instance the husband/wife of an EU citizen?

I think it's no point to complain because email doesn't go in right hand, it's generic u can complain only if you have the right person email id

hi there,

I just had a quick question. My husband has applied for the eea fp from pakistan (lahore) it has been 5 weeks and 2 days and still it says application is under process. i have now checked the ukba website for processing time. however islamabad recieved 2 applications in june and both were dealt with within 3-5 working days. in lahore there was no application made in june.

im really confused, as to why they are taking so long on our application. im rreally upset becuase i want my husbnd here with me, as im expecting as well. i have attached proof of my health in the application itself as well.
can anybody plz help me put here.
also both my brother and sister sponsered their spouse over, and it took them both 2 weeks on the spot. can u believe it? and that was from paksitan.

now plz anybody some feedback would be great.
i was thinking the same, that maybe they are delaying it because of the olympics. thank god their over now. wht do u think?

Dont worry about the processing time..They will take at least 18 weeks and the processing time for eea famly permit on the ukba web is fake..A complete lie and dont bother to email them because i am doing since 17 weeks and they alway say its under process..now im thinking they might give me residence card.lolz

And one thing more i am not only the lucky guy....A person named gujjrati applied on 9th may and still waiting..

hi there,

well i did send a fuming e-mail yesterday, stating the law and all the rest of it. i did also mention that im not prepared to wait for an extended period of time for no apparent reason, since im fulfilling all the required crieteria...

i also mentioned in the email that if they leave this hanging im going to b contacting the ukba to file and investigation as to why it is taking so long for a decision to come through here in the uk *(which is perfectly posible here in the uk, i read up on it on the ukba website itself)

and also contact my local mp and the EU Comission regarding the matter.

i did sound pretty harsh but there is nothing else i can do.
anyways lets see as to what they do/reply.
i just hope that this does not effect my application...
