1. Can we switch from Tier1 General migrant to tier1 entrepreneur from within UK.

2. Can we show funds equivalent to 50,000 UK Pound sterling in my bank account in my home country in Pakistan.

Yes, you can switch to Tier-1 (Entrepreneur) from General. But You have to show 200k investment money.
The 50k provision applicable to only for those who have Tier-1 (Post Study Work) at the time of application.

But, you have to think about your settlement application conditions if you choose to switch the route.

What if one apply from Pakistan for entrepreneur visa and he keeps the funds in a bank which has origin in UK like standard chartered bank, would he still need a letter from bank that funds are freely transferable to UK.
