Hi All
I am applying for ILR in next month (September). I have P60’s for 2008 to 2009, 2009 to 2010, 2010 to 2011, p45 from employer for 2011 to 2012, accounts statement from accountant for 2012 but I do not hold a p60 for 2007 to 2008. Is this acceptable by UKBA or should I have to request for a copy from HMRC.
Regards
Kumar

Hi
I would advice you the same that P60's are not a must required document and I wouldn't mention at all if they just dont ask for it.
Please do kindly share your PEO experience with us on the forum.
Good luck for your ILR.

Is it same with P45 ? I did not receive P45 from my WP employer and they are really interested in giving me even after lots of emails and calls, as I left them once I switched to Tier 1 G.Please advice

i also dont have my first year p60. my accountant didnt register me PAYEE in the first year. it is not mandatory to have all yrs p60's but it is advisable to carry whatever u have as sometime they may ask ( what I have seen in the posts here and what i heard from my friends)

yes but you would need to make the letter again dated within 1 month of your application date

call up HMRC and ask them to fax the employment history to you..they will do that..
Also you can ask your employer to provide you statement of earning...
P60's is not required but you never know if your case goes to dumb caseworker he will keep on insisting for P60 and you wont have any answer to it...

another situation where the CW 'looked at' 5 yr P60.
http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=110428 . so it could go either way. The wisdom by consensus is then to have them handy.

Hello guys I had listened to advice given to me here and called HMRC they say they will try to fax me my employment hostory by fax
I hope if caseworker ask for the p60 then this fax can help me put his mind to rest, what I am also doing is that I have all my last 5 years bank statements I will show in the bank statement that I had received the salaries for last 5 years

I did have 5 years bank statements, also I had asked the HMRC to fx me my last 5 years employment history
