Tier 2 Sponsorship query

Post by ash_1 » Tue Aug 07, 2012 1:05 pm

Hi,

My current visa status is PSW, which expires on feb 2013. Now my company is willing to sponsor me, but first they need to get a license.
The real question is, that my company has an investor, and that investor company works under a multinational company, which offers work permit.
In my payslip and in my contract, there is no mention of the parent company. Will the COS offered by the parent multinational company be valid for me?

If not, can you tell me some basic points so i can pitch my company's HR about how to get the work permit License(what is the requirement for the company, what should be the turnover for the year etc)?

A quick response will be appreciated as I have gone through other threads
and it mentions that getting a license takes about 4-5 months.
