Unspent conviction and FLR ??

Hi all,

I am suppose to complete my five years for ILR in coming June,2013 but I have been convicted by a criminal offence in 2010 which will be spent only by 2015 .
So could anyone help me advising how can I stay here until 2015 to apply ILR or Home Office will deport me after June,2013 ??

What is your current immigration status?

OR

What Visa you are on right now?

This will help to decide whether you can extend it or switch it to another category.

Thanks to coming to my problem.
Sorry for incomplete message.
1.I got HSMP in June2008,came here in July,2008.Then extended after two years and switched to tier-1 which expires in june 2013.
2.It's time to apply for ILR in coming year 2013.
3.I still will have unspent criminal offence until 2015,so do they deport me after completion of my visa in 2013 or provide me with two more years until 2015.
4.If I need to extend again for two years in newly introduced point basis,simply I can't do..So worried.
I hope now it is clear to advise me.

Did you check with Rehabilitation of Offender Act...

I guess you would need to extend and your extension would be based on criteria you used when you applied for Tier 1...

Hi Gaurav,

Your reply has given me a relief but want to re-confirm it if you wouldn't mind please .
Could you give me any link or just say you are 100 % confirm or please share any example that was happened really and you are known of it .
Please do not take otherwise as it is free of cost and you know how scary life we are living in this country.
