SET(O) ILR form Section 9 salary question

Hello I got my hsmp 23 aug 2007 for two years till aug 2009
Then i got tier 1 general on sep 2009 till now
In SET(O) form section 9
Should i came under tier1 general migrant rules inplace before 6 april 2010 or after ?
