Filling application Form. Section E (Criminal Convictions)

Hi there,
I am filling my application for Tire 1 G Exten. I have been issued parking ticket twice in last 1 year. I have paid both of them within 28 days time.

Section E1 asks for any criminal convictions (including traffice offences). What should I say: Yes or No.

You dont need to mention your parking tickets.
