ILR Application - Ltd Company, PEO

Post by raghav19 » Wed Jul 18, 2012 10:34 pm

Hello Friends,
I have got a few questions. Hope you can help me out with this.

1. I got my first HSMP visa on 2 September 2007 but I entered UK on 5th November 2007. The got Tier 1 for 3 years which expires on 2nd September 2012. I think I can apply for ILR after 5th August 2012. Can you please confirm or suggest me if I am not so correct?

2. I have a Ltd company operating from less than one year. Can you please suggest which Public Enquiry Office I should attend interview?

3. Also please suggest the documents required.

4. I was ignorant, I should have been cautious earlier. It appears that there are no dates available for appointment. Can you please suggest all options I have?

5. If I apply by post, how to convince my Employer that I am still eligible to live and work here in the UK?

Your response will be much appreciated. Thank you.

I think there are some Solicitors who can arrange appointments ..

One is @ Sheffield - Morgan Dias

Try your luck for any available centre to book appointment
