Hi - do you know if my total compensation package is considered as salary. My company includes the benefits as part of the pay package. If so I would qualify if not I am short points. also, does anyone know if they are taking into consideration the poor U.S. exchange at the moment for conversion. i would think they have to but i'm not sure. I can't help how my economy is doing against Britain.

Please advise. Thanks.

Give details of your benifits then may be i can figure out.
At least for cash benifits, which is apart from the salary, you can claim points. For example you can claim cash bonus you received.
