Also take more than 1 evidence to prove cohabitation as you will asked to show documents from different sources.
Common examples are:
GP Reregistration/NHS Letters
Utility Bills (Water, Elec, Gas etc).
Bank Statements
Credit Card Statements
Council Tax Bills
BT/Virgin/Sky Bills
HMRC Letters
Tenancy Agreement

Please assist me filling the form correctly.
Do I need to fill section 3 of Set M form? This section is for childern related questions.
Our daughter is British citizen born in June 2011. Do we still need to give her details in section 3 of Set M form?
All your help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

yes 2010 is fine
You need to get bank statements stamped/signed ONLY if it is not original (delivered by post on standard statement stationary is ORIGINAL), printed on plain paper at bank on request.
Don't give or receive inaccurate advice.
BTW, this was originally August query, the OP's application was successful.

I got my originals (received by post) stamped and signed. There is no evidence that those recieved by post will be accepted originals as they can be photocopied in colour. Therefore this is correct advice.

Originals received in the post do not need to be stamped by the bank.

You may have got your originals stamped and signed. But this is certainly not a requirement according to the ILR application guidance.
