Converting Tier 2 (ICT) to Tier 1 General (PBS) dependant

Hi - My wife has a Tier 2 (ICT) which is approved on 28/Mar/2011. Now she is in UK. The visa was granted for 2 years. Nationality - Indian

I'm in UK under Tier 1 General (PBS). I've done my 1st extension also. Nationality - Indian.

We both are married in India in 2010 & we have the marriage certificate also.

Now I would like to convert my wife as my dependant (Tier 2 to Tier 1 General Dependant).

Is it possible to apply for the same being in UK or she has to go back to India.

If she has to apply from India, then how long the process takes & what are documents required.

Please advice. It is urgent.
