NI Contribution in Payslip

Post by sarwan » Tue Aug 14, 2012 3:36 pm

Hi Guru's,
Need an Help. I have my Tier 1 (General) Visa getting expired by 1st of October. Just realized that my Payslip doesn't have any NI contribution towards my tenure. after extensive follow up with employer, They said that their calculation error missed my NI contribution.

But they have agreed to produce an confirmation letter stating that my Outstanding NI dues will be payed in Aug Pay. Computation sheet for outstanding NI dues with issuing authority seal & Sign

Can I apply for my Tier1 Extension based on the letter received from employer or wait till September till the payroll generated

you can submit the application with the letter. but for safe side call, HM revenue and ask them to provide a letter which says

your NI is upto date and they can produce a letter which they normally do easily that you dont owe HMReve

Thanks.
