solicitors do not need to be approved by the Oisc as they are regulated by the solicitors regulation authority. Solicitors are far more qualified than Oisc advisors and many immigration solicitors do specialise only in immigration. This is not to say that all solicitors are better than all Oisc advisors as there are many decent such advisor however be aware that many Oisc advisors will have little or no legal training.thermalboyz wrote:Solicitor doesn't mean OISC Approved.
From my experience Solicitor always charged more than Qualify OISC members. So, i think you should look for OISC instead of Solicitor because OISC members are specialised in Immigration rules.
