Application details:

No of applicants: 1 + 3

Visa type: HSMP + Tier - 1
EC Date - 23-Aug-2007
Date 1st entered into UK: 22-Oct-2007
Difference between Date Entered & EC : 59 days
No. of days absences: 120 days (including work related travel)

Documents submitted
1. 12 months payslips
2. 12 Bank statements
3. HMRC Employment history (Caseworker asked for economic activity for 5 years) or P60 for 5 years
4. Employer letter - for absences and employer verification
5. Co-habitation documents
- NHS letters
- Bank statements
- utility bills

PEO Timelines:
Appt Time: 10:30 AM
Biometrics taken: 11:30 AM
Biometrics results were delayed due to IT issues. Results were given @ 5:20 PM. If your number is not being called, check with the customer support desk. After repeated follow ups, they manage to get all the biometrics results. It took another 45 mins to be a called by a case worker. CW took about 30 - 40 mins to decide on the application.

The various post on this site has been very helpful. Thanks to all for posting their experiences.

may i know when was your visa expiring?
did u have less than 28 days when u applied for ILR?

Hi,

In respect of SET O application What do they mean by 5 years activity ................does it matter that your income is low or increasing or decreasing etc

any idea .....seniors please advice
