ILR advise - bit odd situation.

I am in bit odd situation. Could anybody advise how to take forward to apply my ILR.
I am contractor mostly working from home and in 5 years of period around 250 days i was working from india. As a proof for 250 days i have only invoices paid (Daily rate) by client on that period.

Will case worker accept the invoice voucher ?

In POE appointment, incase ILR is not accepted and will they consider the same application for TIER 1 extension ?

unfortunately you are not eligible for ILR because of 250 days absence but you can apply for Tier 1 extension...
