Tier 1 extension Tax issue

Hi
I am on Tier 1 general visa for which i showed my salary plus self-employment now i am applying for extension in July 2013 and this time my source of income is salary plus dividends. I have not paid my tax in full for my last self-employments income so how much this will affect my case.....

no effect..but it will affect your ILR

Does the case worker ask about the last tax returns documents or does they contact with the HMRevenue for the payment of the old tax......

He might and they have facilities to check about that thats the use of the UTR number i gues.. better be safe than worry

Hi, Can you please tell how The previous TAX payment will affect the ILR.

In my case, I have filed my tax for the full earning i claimed for my VISA, but paying the tax amount LATE(payment plan) - WILL THIS AFFECT EXTENSION OR ILR??
