Is there anyone to join me for Super Premium Service

Post by Snoop » Mon Aug 20, 2012 8:03 pm

Hi Guys,

Hope you are doing well.

I am thinking to apply my ILR application through Super Premium Service but doing on my own wont be possible as its matter of £6000 + Premium charges.

I am wondering to find 3 other people to share the fee. I am planning to apply around 1st or 2nd week of September 2012 or may be earlier. If any of you would like to consider it then please let me know at your earliest opportunity.

Thank you very much in advance.

Regards.

@Snoop. As I understand it, super premium cannot be used for ILR under 10 years. There was a post a while ago where someone received an email from UKBA where this was confirmed.

YAY!!!

Post by TKay » Tue Aug 21, 2012 6:34 pm

Yay People!!!

I finally got my ILR! Thank God!!!

Just got home and saw the royal mail postcard, drove to the post office like a mad man and received a pack from home office which included a letter informing me of my ILR being approved along with my supporting documentation! What is even more impressive is that I received another postcard from a private courier company, and guess what, my biometric card was sent on the same day!

Below is my timeline and application details;

Applied 27th of March
Acknowledgement letter 31st of March
Biometric Letter received 16th of July (yes July, for those of you still complaining)
ILR letter approved on 17th of August
No Lawyer used!
Sent only passport and LITUK results.
10 year comprised of 5 years diplomatic exempt, 2 years student visa, 2 years PSW and 1 year student visa.

Now i am freeeeeeee! LOL!
Thanks to everyone on the forum, especially NOG (legend!)

I hope you are right. There are only two places for me once this ordeal is over - A beach with some rum or a mental asylum. Must be a massive weight of the shoulders.

Got my passport back yesterday. just a week after I posted it back to be stamped in Liverpool.

So that's a month since my initial rejection and just a week to six months since I made the application back on 27th February.

I am just relieved and thank God for putting this to bed. No elation or excitement, it was taken away last month.
I thank all of you here who have given me advice, I never felt alone.

I wish everybody else all the best; now I am going to start life as a settled person, Summer is gone so no holidays but happy days!!!

Congratulations. Been following your story throughout. Like the way how you dealt with it calmly and kept us posted through out.

ILR Letter Received - BMRP awaited

Post by maliimran » Thu Aug 23, 2012 3:01 pm

Applied for my wife and son for ILR based on 10 year long residence.
Both are my dependents and I was granted ILR on 10 year long residence in Dec 2011.

Wife:
Application = 29th Feb 2012
Acknowledgement = 5th March 2012
Biometric = 23rd March 2012
Documents and Letter = 23rd August (Dated 17th August) 2012
BMRP = Awaited

Son (under 12 years):
Application = 29th Feb 2012
Acknowledgement = 5th March 2012
Biometric = 20th August (dated 16th August) 2012 [this is not a typo, it was delayed for this long]
Documents returned with Wife's passport but not the passport of my son.
Letter, BMRP and Passpot = AWAITED
