Tier 1 (PSW) processing times

Hi i submitted my application on 26th of march
confirmation on 10th of april and bio metric on 11 may
today i just got all my documents back
no letter stating its been accepted or rejected and nothing in my email as well
just my documents all of them...
even the college letter
WHAT DOES THAT MEAN ???
is it rejected ?
is there any way of contacting any one to find out whats happening

I just received a DXSecure "important delivery" notice today because I was away at work. I have to rearrange the delivery next Monday. Is that going to be BRP? I did my biometric on Apr 11th.

Any new info?

Application sent: 29th Feb;
Biemetric done: 2nd April;
Docs received: 7th August
BRP received: 14 August (should receive it on 8th August but I was not in. Rearrange delivery.)

This is very strange and confusing thing, did you try to contact UKBA

It is quite likely. Some guys did receive BRP before docs. Good luck!

Finally i receved my documents back !!!!!!
Application send- 15th March
Biometric Done-25th April
Contacted Mp 1 month ago,& Mp send a letter to ukba regarding delay.
I send a complaint to ukba(by email)-two weeks ago.
Receved Brp-15th august
Documents-17th august...

I was just wondering,I was on appeal for tier 4 student visa extension.i had withdrawn my appeal and applied for tier 1 psw visa.

thats why am bit worried,i cant even make call regarding this issue.

really ukba is playing with my pulse.every single day i open immigration board forum,to see who is getting doc and brp,any information but all are happy other than me......

I applied for Psw with my hubby on the 15th of March,2012
Biometrics received on the 12th of April,2012
Biometrics done same day: 12th of April,2012.

There are some people who gave biometric on 14th may received visa last couple of days. I did the same day but still no feedback from UKBA. :(

BTW i moved my house last month I'm going to my old address every two days.
Who's going to deliver the documents? What happen if I'm not at home to collect the documents or card? are they going to left a card with info?

My timeline
Applied for student extension:Aug-1-2011
UKBA returned my docs on Sep-9-2011 saying that they were unable to take money from my account. I resubmitted on 13-9-2011 with fresh bank statements and postal order for visa fees. Got bio letter after a month, given on Oct-25-2011. Since then I've been waiting. Even contacted MP but he said he can't help and I have to wait for my turn. Meanwhile I got my degree n eligible for PSW. My visa expired on Aug-3-2011.

Applied for PSW (through solicitor): April-3-2012
Ack letter received: May-5-2012
Bio letter received: July-21-2012 done on same day
Solicitor got a call from UKBA caseworker asking for which appli they should proceed with: Aug-16-2012
BRP received by solicitor: Aug-20-2012
Docs: Waiting
Guys u all will get ur visa soon..All the best..

Only strength i get is from this forum,with peoples discussions.

Today i spoke with my MP,they contacted UKBA behalf of me,as mother was sick.

in simple words:ukba said,if u r so hurry...take ur passport and leave the country,we wont even give ur application fee.even MP reference doesnt work here.we follow the process. only ur close relatives death than we ll look into your case.just wait for your turn.they said,they are following boimetric wise,i have done my one in mid of april,lot of people got who has done bio metric in july also.

i was shocked,even my solicitor wont respond,i am in shit place,i cant stress,as i was on appeal.IS THERE ANY ONE,WHO WAS ON APPEAL,VISA EXPIRED,APPLIED FOR PSW.
