Information and Suggestions required

Hello

I am a Tier 1 General migrant and my visa will end by next month. I stayed in UK for almost 6 months and due to difficult job market I returned back. My current situation is that

1) I am not fulfilling the required criteria to get an extension
2) I m out of UK

I would be grateful for your suggestions on following:

1) Will I be able to change my visa category to Entrepreneur visa?
2) Will i be required to show GBP 200,000 or GBP 50,000?
3) Can I apply for change of visa category from outside UK and from my own country?

1. You can apply from inside the UK before your current leave expires or from outside the UK at any time
2. 200K unless you have venture capital funding from a recognised body (which one must assume you don't).
3. Yes.
